Refunds are provided on a case by case basis.
In events such as:
- You’ve ordered your test and have been unable to have your blood sample taken
- Your blood sample has not arrived to us and has been lost in transit, or
- In the unlikely event your sample has been unable to be used at the laboratory,
then a refund will be provided. To request a refund please send an email to email@example.com with why you are requesting a refund, and include your contact details.
In the case the issue has occurred at our end, or we have not received it, we will contact you to issue a refund or request another sample.
